When my wife and I first met Frank Gunn, he explained that his approach is more service oriented that sales. He proved this time and again through knowledge of the local market and home construction. At each home we viewed Frank would perform a methodical inspection, to identify potential problems and to advise on the quality of construction, finishes, etc. Frank was truly focused on answering our questions, giving good advice, and identifying homes that met our needs. We found the perfect property and are loving it!
Military moves are sometimes difficult, which is why having the assistance of Mr. Frank Gunn was so beneficial to our family. The rental market is currently tumultuous and aggressive, and Frank helped my family find rentals to see that were good fits for us, and go over leasing paperwork to make sure that everything was in the best interest of us as his clients. I can’t recommend working with Frank enough!
