I am and was absolutely petrified to Have the root canal after already going through a hellish experience getting a crown. From the check in to The chair I was made to feel very comfortable and in good hands. Dr Graziano was so patient and oh my, so unbelievably sweet. He made me feel so comfortable once I was able to breath and not grip the chair as of I was going through torture. It took almost 2 hours the first visit and little less the 2nd. I was referred to Dr. Graziano in Williamsville for some dental work. On the afternoon prior to my 8:00am appointment the next morning, I got a call from Dr. Graziano's office informing me they won't take my insurance. That's unprofessional and lazy. I let it go and was prepared to just pay the fee for the work out-of-pocket. On my first visit, the office staff was 1/2 hour late in opening the office (NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR APOLOGY).
