I went in for color touch up & trim. First, the stylist asked me if I was having a boy or a girl and I had to explain that I am not pregnant. She apologized and I was determined to forget about it and try enjoy getting my hair done. The color part had to be done twice which was fine but the roots didn't come out as pretty as before because she put both colors (I was doing a two-tone look with copper under dark violet brown) on the top so the top more reddish the rest of the top layer of my hair. I've gone here for years for all my hair and waxing needs. This is the best salon I've ever been to! My color and cuts always turn out perfect and the owner is great at making waxing not hurt. I also love that this salon sells Aveda products too! Rella did my hair for my wedding and it turned out so pretty! I showed her how I wantedit to look and she matched it perfect! I would never go to another salon because this is the only place that will get it right every time and it won't cost you a fortune to look like a million dol... read more

This is a great little salon..no wait this place is Huge ! I didn't realize how far back it went till I got my brows waxed in the spa, which were done beautifully. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make your vist pleasant. They are always running specials on services and retail. The stylist are all very friendly and knowledgeable about hair care. So give salon 21 a try !
