I recently went to get my hair done at Frank Gironda salon in Wheaton, IL. I have been getting my hair colored for 14 years and have never had an experience like this one. About 5 hours after leaving the salon, I felt something in my hair. After trying to see what it was, a chunk of my hair had come out, that clearly still had some sort of product left on it.
