Trying to get X-Rays and labs from Medical records for last month for a second opinion. They sent over the notes but nothing else. There customer service is terrible, leave a call back request per customer service message. I have left 2 messages and guess what never received a call back. Have sent 2 other emails asking to confirm X-Ray, labs and ALL medical records have been sent and how the records was sent. NO answered back from Medical Records. Hand surgery so far went well, healing ❤️🩹 quickly
MD is great but their answering service is by far the worst ever! I waited 43 minutes on the phone and never spoke to a human.
Dr. Gerold is Awesome and I recommend him to everyone that needs carpal tunnel surgery. Great Doctor with Great staff. GOD bless you all.
Our daughter has had to see Dr Gerold for two different injuries now (first hand and then wrist). She told us that Dr Gerold is her favorite doctor to have to visit! Clean office and friendly staff. Thanks for always taking such good care of our family!
