Mother had an appointment with Dr Gerold. Waited close to 2 hours never saw him just the PA, they had MRI/Xrays in advance. Asked to see Doctor Gerold for whom appointment was set for. 40 minutes pass PA comes in once again after going outside room to look for her, no Gerold. Could care less if your family member is disabled and in pain in a wheelchair waiting. Check in was quick and professional. Back end rooms or waiting area, process is completely different.
Fantastic physician. Wonderful staff. I’m able to get our patients scheduled in a timely manner. Becky is wonderful with our patients and is always accommodating our patients accordingly. One of the BEST UPPER EXTREMITIES Provider in the RGV.

Dr. Gerold is an amazing person and physician. His approach is very well balanced and makes you feel very comfortable. His team is also very good and talented. This should be the standard of care. It was a blessing meeting him and his team. God bless them.
