Trying to get X-Rays and labs from Medical records for last month for a second opinion. They sent over the notes but nothing else. There customer service is terrible, leave a call back request per customer service message. I have left 2 messages and guess what never received a call back. Have sent 2 other emails asking to confirm X-Ray, labs and ALL medical records have been sent and how the records was sent. NO answered back from Medical Records.
