Mother had an appointment with Dr Gerold. Waited close to 2 hours never saw him just the PA, they had MRI/Xrays in advance. Asked to see Doctor Gerold for whom appointment was set for. 40 minutes pass PA comes in once again after going outside room to look for her, no Gerold. Could care less if your family member is disabled and in pain in a wheelchair waiting. Check in was quick and professional. Back end rooms or waiting area, process is completely different.
