I can't believe the 1 star rating must have been a troll. I've been suffering my entire life with sinusitis. I left on Friday after 25min procedure. Dr Ojo said I would have some pain. I had none at all. 3 days later no pain. very, very little discomfort but I can breathe. her bedside manners were great, very sweet, explained everything to me and was very gentle and professional. I would highly recommend DR Ojo. An expert in her field and I've been to many doctors in 70yrs
My issue required a few visits with Dr. Kronberg till complete resolve and healing. During the course of my treatment, he followed very good technical and patient care protocols, as well as extended insight coming from his many years of experience.
I will forever be grateful to God for Dr. Kronberg.. He performed a total thyroidectomy on me, after being diagnosed with papillary cancer of the thyroid... during the surgery, he needed to scrape the cancer from my left vocal nerve and trachea... despite my vocal nerve paralyzing, he did the best job any doctor could have done... God did the rest... my vocal cord woke up 40 days later... Dr. Kronberg has been there every step of the way to this day! I trust him with my life!! I recommend you do the same!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Dougherty was VERY RUDE. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15AM. I was punctual & waited an hour before they called me into his office. When I explained to the doctor that I was unhappy with waiting an hour as I have a terminally ill father at home who needs 24 hour care so carving time out is difficult, Dr. Dougherty literally responded with: "Well I'm here now, so you can take my help or leave now." No smiling, felt rushed, and felt like he didn’t care how I felt. I felt like I was talking to a robot instead of a human. I felt he rushed doing his procedures, and felt like he takes his job way too seriously.
I found Dr. Kronberg to be highly skilled, as he executed exceptional medical care addressing my deviated septum. From initial consult through successful surgery and routine follow ups, he was accessible, diligent, and efficient. Dr. Kronberg’s scheduling team was friendly and on-point, making for an overall great experience. Well done Sir!
Dr. Kronberg was absolutely amazing! Him and his staff were incredibly attentive and I felt very taken care of during my time under his care. I was suffering from a deviated septum for a very long time (I could barely breathe out of one of my nostrils). After the very successful procedure, I felt amazing. Dr. Kronberg is an excellent surgeon. He was very meticulous and cautious throughout the procedure and post-op process. Surgery was a big success and has been life changing! Would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Brian Dougherty had done adenoidectomy and the ear tube surgery for our 4 year-old son way back in 2005. He had come in highly recommended even then. Son went on a talking spree soon after that and hasn't stopped yet :-). Fast Forward 15 years, I had impacted ear wax in my Right ear and wasn't hearing and thankfully there was an appointment available the next day.
