I highly recommend Dr. Kronberg, he has been my ENT for many years and it’s the best in his field. I had many issues and did two operations.
I drove 45 minutes to go see this doctor. After going to the wrong building, which was next door, I arrived to the appointment 15 minutes late. The doctor was seeing another patient and I was asked to take a seat in the waiting room. After 20 minutes, the person at the front desk THEN informed me the doctor had decided to leave without seeing me because I had arrived late.I had to drive 45 min back home with an untreated sinus infection, having wasted a total of 2 hours on the ordeal.Why is it ok for patients to have to wait... read more
Dr. Kronberg was great he’s the best
Not only is he a brilliant clinician. He is also an excellent communicator and very caring physician. Recommended in the highest possible terms.
I can't believe the 1 star rating must have been a troll. I've been suffering my entire life with sinusitis. I left on Friday after 25min procedure. Dr Ojo said I would have some pain. I had none at all. 3 days later no pain. very, very little discomfort but I can breathe. her bedside manners were great, very sweet, explained everything to me and was very gentle and professional. I would highly recommend DR Ojo. An expert in her field and I've been to many doctors in 70yrs
My issue required a few visits with Dr. Kronberg till complete resolve and healing. During the course of my treatment, he followed very good technical and patient care protocols, as well as extended insight coming from his many years of experience.
I will forever be grateful to God for Dr. Kronberg.. He performed a total thyroidectomy on me, after being diagnosed with papillary cancer of the thyroid... during the surgery, he needed to scrape the cancer from my left vocal nerve and trachea... despite my vocal nerve paralyzing, he did the best job any doctor could have done... God did the rest... my vocal cord woke up 40 days later... Dr. Kronberg has been there every step of the way to this day! I trust him with my life!! I recommend you do the same!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Dougherty was VERY RUDE. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15AM. I was punctual & waited an hour before they called me into his office. When I explained to the doctor that I was unhappy with waiting an hour as I have a terminally ill father at home who needs 24 hour care so carving time out is difficult, Dr. Dougherty literally responded with: "Well I'm here now, so you can take my help or leave now." No smiling, felt rushed, and felt like he didn’t care how I felt. I felt like I was talking to a robot instead of a human. I felt he rushed doing his procedures, and felt like he takes his job way too seriously.
