I've been dealing with Frank Gallo Florist for years, and they always do a great job. I highly recommend them for all your floral needs.Â
Ordered flowers on a Tuesday for Friday delivery. At 3pm flowers had not arrived. At 3:30pm I received an email that the flowers have been delivered. I called the recipient and they have not been delivered. I called the shop and was told that they don't know why I received a email because the flowers had not been delivered and had been on the truck since before 1:00 that day. We had a family tragedy recently, my husband is in New York for work across the country from the rest of us. I wanted to send him flowers, however due to us getting news later in the day it was very difficult to find someone who was still able to deliver. Frank’s already had the delivery driver out of that area and didn’t believe they would be able to make it however, after someone turned around, they promptly called me and were able to get flowers to my husband the same day.
