Ordered a bouquet that showed "in stock" also ordered with expedited delivery (within 4 hours). Order was placed a little after 9am, and didn't arrive until after 4pm. I went to track the order, and was sent to A.I. who gave classic, vague A.I. answer.Â
Frank Gallo created a gorgeous arrangement for my aunt’s funeral service. It was perfect and delivered on time.Â
Flowers were delivered on time. The only thing was they looked totaly different then what I ordered. Number of white roses was so less then what it was in original flower arrangement. And I ordered and paid for the biggest one.Â
I stopped into Frank Gallo and Son Florist this Sunday morning, I needed a last minute arrangement. They took great care of me. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and guided me to exactly what I needed. The arrangement was beautiful and ready quickly. Excellent service! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!Â
For the anniversary of a mothers death they sent a hot pink pc that looked more for a sweet 16 party . The worst parts were the piece was supposed to be in the Lavender palate and you would think for over 100$ total you should expect something closer to advertisement ! And i asked you to ask your designer what was used in the order because i don't know how to send pictures .
