What an amazing Dr's office and staff!!! Always on top of their game for years now!! Never a wait, always helpful and determined to help you be as healthy as possible..the ENTIRE staff is incredible, thank you thank you!!
Teila does not update billing information, they do not keep accurate appointment records losing appointment records and patient records, then when you ask question the issues or ask for Dr. Ditz to contact you, they terminate you and refuse you service
Dr. Ditz has been my GP for around 30 years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. He cares about his patients.
Wonderful, I appreciate that all of their visits are tele-med visits so I don't have to come into the office and put myself or family at risk for exposure to Covid 19. My family and I have been coming here for a little over 3 years and must say we are very happy with the nursing staff and providers. We are always able to get seen the same day we call. The office is very clean and they all are friendly and take the time to actually see you and not just another rush you in/out.
Not good. This office staff to me was rude and fake. Not even a little bit customer friendly. They all seemed quite stressed and mostly unhappy about something-robotic. I have never experienced a doctor's office quite like this one. Most important to know, asking any questions is not encouraged. You will perhaps get quick clipped answers. I have never been to a doctor's office where all my questions were not graciously and completely addressed. Beautiful new office! The office has expanded and offers so many more services than before when they were in that small, dirty office in Rockledge!! They have 2 female providers now and 2 male providers so this is a great choice for me and my family. Dr. Ditz has always been wonderful to me but now he has this great new office, a really nice staff and he just told me that he is opening his Medical Spa on the 2nd floor! My girlfriends and I can't wait for some pampering and wine !!!!!!
Freaking love these people. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors and all around good people. It is nice not to feel rushed when you are concerned about your health. There are other doctors close by that guarantee 30 minute appointments but you get what you pay for. I don't want to be treated like a herd of cows to be in and out but still no answers to my questions or health concerns. I will stick with Dr. Ditz.
Martin at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment.
Very pleasant personality, knowledgeable, competent, exudes confidence , has very friendly helpful group of people working for him at his practice. Has an excellant P.A. named Gilbert. Gilbert is usually who i get scheduled with and im fine with that for my needs . If i really needed to see Dr Ditz , i can request this but it takes atleast a week or 2 .He's not there everyday. Accessibility is why i gave 3 but not 5 If you really want the doctor every time, his practice isnt for you.
