I got sick over the weekend. Finally on Suday I was so sick I called. He called back immediately.
The doctor really takes his time to listen and discuss each patients problems. His staff is very kind and accommodating, you can always get into see him when you need an appointment. And they call you back.
Dr. Ditz takes time to listen to my questions and concerns and answer in a way I can understand.
My husband and I have been with Dr. Ditz for several years now. He truly cares about our health and well-being. He goes out of his way to be sure we get the best possible medical care.
Dr Ditz has taken care of me and my family for many years. He and his staff are thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. I could not ask for better care.
Gilbert is excellent, along with the rest of Dr. Ditz staff. I never have to wait. They are all friendly! 2nd floor is excellent as well. I recommend his practice to all of my friends, and they all love it!
Can I be any more specific. When I first met doctor Dietz I was a borderline diabetic. He got me healthy.Therefore I say that he saved my life. Outstanding physician. Cares about his people.
If you are willing to subscribe to Dr Ditz's Concierge service and pay the extra fees you will get access to the doctor. If you don't subscribe you will see a PA. While nothing inherently wrong with a PA you will be paying for a doctor's visit but NOT seeing the Doctor but they won't tell you that. My first visit a year ago should have been my clue to move on because of the upselling. I guess I missed the part where he said pay up or you won't see me again.
