RecommendedTrent in the service department is a life saver. I called with issues. He tried to help me over the phone but I was having problems finding what he was trying to help me find. He asked me for the address of where I was and then told me he would be there in 5 minutes. He showed up, diagnosed the problem and told me what to do to fix it. Did I mention he did this on his own time on his way home from work? Now that's what I call outstanding customer service!
Kodey West is hands down the coolest dude! We had such a great time hanging out trying to find the right car at the right price. I feel like he’s always going above to make sure we’ve been happy with our purchases! Excellent service!

I have had nothing but excellent experience with the people of Fletcher. Jerry Myers and Brandon Baum are great people who make the process easy and stress free. Jason Chambers is amazing too but is no longer there. Everyone there has made what seems impossible a reality. Even the finance department was very kind. Thank you Fletcher for hiring a great team! I will continue to do business with you guys!
