Do NOT recommend for service after the sale!! I have purchased my last two vehicles through Fletcher. They were both preowned and I had absolutely no issues with the sales teams from either location that I purchased from. The service department however is a whole different story. Came in for my appointment at my scheduled time for my headlights to be checked- the service representative was extremely rude, told me I didn’t have an appointment, also didn’t have her mask covering her nose (it does absolutely no good to wear it if you don’t have it covering the necessary areas). They also told me they couldn’t find me in the system, even though I was there 1 month and a half ago for my service and have purchased my past 3 vehicles from there. We came in knowing what we wanted. They didn't try to change our mind but instead helped make this the easiest process for us. They were friendly, quick and explained every step they were making so our minds were at ease. We were very impressed with everyone we came in contact with. Thanks to everyone for their hard work! They claim that they can help you with restoring credit by buying from them, but they didn’t help me. The first time I talked to Marten, he could get me into one that day. Second time I wanted a used car, but he said my rates would be better with new car, okay. Filed out form. No answer. Sent message. Was told at 60 years old I would need co-signer. Seriously???? The staff was truly helpful and accommodating. I came home with a great new car! I'd highly recommend Jim. He didn't stop searching the lot for things on my wish list and bent over backwards to make sure I had the right financing.
