If I could give zero stars I would, what a joke of a property management company. We are a tenant of theirs in an office park and dealing with them is absurd. Denise Rojas is the point of contact and is rude, dismissive, and takes forever to get back to you. She is basically pointless in offering help. We have been locked inside the office park when the power went out and yelled at by them because we were upset that we couldn't get out and they had to come on a Saturday to open the gate. They changed trash companies and fail... read more
Update: Property Manager is not hands on. At this point, I need to consult with a lawyer about leaving early. There is a heating issue. It's Hit or Miss depending which building you live at. The original leasing agent, Miss Samuels I toured with advertised the townhouse with a private back patio. iT'S STILL COLD IN MY APARTMENT IN WINTER DESPITE MAINTENANCE EFFORTS TO SEND A THIRD PARTY OVER.This is grounds for breaking the lease.
