I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
