Poor patient care. It's a shame that people get put here because of acute mental issues and are not helped.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. There is no one I would recommend go to this provider. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt mostly ignored. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. The staff usually acts too busy to be interrupted and be with my questions.
