Emily Wert was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so patient and supportive throughout our whole experience. We honestly just kept coming back because she was such a great vibe. We never felt rushed and took our time to find the perfect engagement ring (which we did)!! The logistics were also made easy for us despite moving cross country in the middle of the process. We love SF Frank Darling!! I had such a wonderful experience working with Ana Bestetti from the SF location in creating a one of a kind ring for my Fiancée that she loves so much! I learned so much about engagement rings and was able to successfully design my Friancée’s engagement ring that speaks to her. We had a great experience with Ana at Frank Darling. I was very torn between a lab & natural diamond and she was so patient and helpful in arriving at a decision. They also offered webinars on this exact topic that I listened to while I was deciding. From there, I went in 3-4 times to check out a set of stones and got closer to a decision each time. The entire experience with Frank Darling (shout out to Ana!) was wonderful. The location in SF is cozy and intimate, and Ana did a wonderful job helping us find the perfect setting and perfect diamond. She kept searching after several tweaks and we landed on a beautiful ring! We returned to Ana and FD for our wedding bands too and can't wait until they arrive.

I went to Frank Darling for a wedding set upgrade. After having a bad experience at Yadav, I found FD, and Emily was super helpful from the start. She listened and was communicative throughout the entire process. She also accommodated us with pickup day scheduling and we were able to pick up our set a week earlier than planned. Highly recommend and will go back to purchase more jewelry.
