Emily was excellent to work with and we were very pleased with the whole process! The original ring that I ordered didn’t have the “wow factor” that I wanted, so fortunately I was able to return without an issue. Emily was again instrumental in designing the perfect ring and we couldn’t be happier!
I haven’t even got my ring yet, but I had to leave a review after such a stark contrast to a bad experience I had elsewhere a few weeks ago. Ana was a dream to work with on designing my fiance's engagement ring. I admittedly felt intimidated starting this process but Ana and her team made me feel very comfortable from the beginning of the first appointment. Everything was very streamlined and Ana is very knowledgeable and does an awesome job explaining every aspect of selecting a diamond and designing a set for a ring, especially to someone who doesn't know whats going on. Would buy from here again!
Working with Frank Darling and our rep, Emily Wert, was fantastic. Emily was a great listener, hearing our vision for the ring and making it a reality. The process was simpler and more inclusive that we expected and FD and Emily are the ONLY business and person we would go to for future rings. Thank you for the great experience!
Long review incoming, but I like to have this info, and I'm sure it's not just me. Tl;dr Amazing and I thoroughly recommend.
