250520 20 YO unit went bad and Frank Cullen Inc quickly replaced it with a new unit. Lauren was easy to work with to schedule it and even registered the unit with the OEM on my behalf to extend the warranty. Last year, review for another location. Fidel was great. Quick, courteous. Frank Cullen Inc., replaced and installed a new Carrier 5 ton heat pump unit after our old one of 12 yrs died. They responded by sending someone out quickly, assed the situation and gave us pricing. Frank Cullen installed the HVAC in my new home. One day recently, I walked into my closet with a massive pool of water on the floor. Turns out, the pipe for the return line was never glued. When I sent these pictures to the office I was told it was because the service techs for another company blew out the line during maintenance but its very obvious these pieces were never glued at all on install.
