Rented a condo is seal beach in 2017 from American Beachside brokers. Frank the "property manager" came to the residence twice in 6 years while living there only to replace an appliance. When it came time to moving out, I gave them a 30 days notice and vacated in the date I said I would, leaving the place just as clean as when I moved in.
