Whoever the female driver was in Tracy this morning, someone get her some driving lessons so she can learn not to cut people off in the roundabouts. And then teach her how to drive within the bounds of the actual street and not up the CURB of the roundabout. If I could add a video I would because it's all on my dashcam. From other reviews seems like this a a recurring problem. Maybe CHP/PD needs to be informed. ☺️
