Their ceiling price is hardly a ceiling price. It might as well be locked in. Every other oil company's prices are falling but not their ceiling price. When you call to question it you get a really angry woman on the line. Their saving grace is that their servicemen are outstanding!

We use Frank Bros for our oil service and find them to be very good and very fair. The oil contract prices have been good and they really do give the best service of any oil company that we ever used. They also have done a yearly service on our air conditioner.

This company has people who help you when you call with a problem . The prices are good and they have good payment options. You can even speak to an if you have a problem

This is a family run business that cares about the customers. The office people are helpful and the servicemen know what they are doing. We have had them for years and are always treated fairly.

I signed up with Frank Bros. Fuel Co., Bay Shore, NY for my heating oil and service of my heating equipment in February of 2009. It took Frank Bros, until October 2009 to come to my home to inspect and tune-up my boiler (as old as the house is, 20 years) and separate oil fired hot water tank (8 years old). Within 24 hours of this wonderful tune-up (I have one done every year) my working water tank burst causing a foot of water throughout my basement (24' X 46').
