Frank is the best! I’ve been living here for 6 years, no issues or complaints….he just redid my floors because I was sick of the carpet….always answers any issues within 24 hours, very accommodating I’m so lucky to have a good landlord in NYC
I was very interested in taking one of Mr Bahar’s properties but due to personal reasons I was unable to. However, I have nothing but great things to say about this gentleman, he was very nice, professional and understanding. Process was very simple. Would absolutely recommend
DO NOT RENT WIT THIS PERSON!!! They kept a part of my deposit to fix "damages" that we did not do. I had sent him photos when we originally moved in to prove to him that this was there, and he refused to return my money after moving out. I really hope he doesn't do this to all his tenants. Aside from keeping my deposit, its a MICE infested, we had to catch several mice throughout the year and in the winter he left us with NO HEAT for 2 days. Just flat out horrible.
