I guess the best way to describe Frank Lieppe is, he's a Shyster. In other words he is a dishonest and contemptible lawyer. When I hired him it was on a contingency basis that if there was a settlement he would get a percentage, not a percentage plus costs. All liens were to be paid up front and then he would get 1/3 of remaining money. Of course that's not what happened. He'll string you along only to take the biggest part of the settlement.
