I've been seeing Dr Santoro for several years for an acute and serious psoriasis condition, that just popped up in my 50s. He worked with me and tried several different medications before landing on one that was like a miracle drug. He was patient. collaborative, open to different ideas, and one of the best dermatologist I've seen as well as being accessible.
He came highly recommended- However getting an appt with him was an extremely long wait (months). We waited and attend our first appt. Found him to be good. We made our followup appt months later, May. His office moved and our scheduled appt was no longer passible for them- so they rescheduled to a date we could not make. We called to chg date and they gave us the next appt in OCT ! No reminder call! Office staff does not care at ALL!!! about patients! - He's too busy for new patients.
