They run an extremely meticulous operation, very detailed oriented practice. The front office staff is superb, efficient and most important they are super sweet and friendly. It is the Ritz Carlton of Orthodontics! Five Star Service for sure.
The feeling of harmony in a dental office was very welcoming and gratifying. The office was busy when my daughter and I arrived for my daughter's first visit at Dr. Dequattro's Wakefield office. The other people waiting to be seen contributed to the pleasant atmosphere.
Friendliest staff I've ever dealt with at a doctors office!! The girls at the front desk are so accommodating and friendly. Dr DeQuattro explained everything very thoroughly and I never felt rushed. I also like the fact that everything is included in the final cost. If anything breaks or there is a problem the visits to fix the issues are free. Very affordable payment plans if insurance doesn't cover it??
