Communicated with Paul for 3 weeks met him at the property all for him to tell me four weeks later that they could not do the job worst company ever no communication whatsoever I would suggest using another company

I recently had a leak from my tub into my dining and because of the sheet metal in the ceiling, it also impacted my living room. Franjo was very attentive, trustworthy, and the finished product from the repair was beautiful. I started with studs and brown pieces of wood and ended with textured walls, crown molding, matched paint, and a refreshed look. I had my downstairs renovated. They were very efficient and friendly. They explained step by step as each part was completed. I would recommend them.

Had siding damage from a recent wind storm. Contacted my Insurance Company who suggested I contact Franjo. I called and was on hold for 5 minutes before being disconnected. Worse possible scenario for a restoration company is not answering the phone. On a bright note I then contacted Duckstein who answered the phone and has a rep coming today. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had a flooded basement and called Franjo Restoration. They were awesome! Quick to show up, super professional, and the basement looks great now. They explained everything clearly and finished the job fast. Really impressed with their work and how they handled everything. Definitely recommend them if you're in a bind.
