Owner and his colleague lied about the flowers he was selling me and said they weren’t toxic to cats, before I got them and a vet told me otherwise this business seems to care more about money than customer safety I would not recommend at all also refused to take the flowers back and refund me, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The misinformation could have killed my cat.

I ordered flowers for my grandparents’ 74th wedding anniversary and was extremely disappointed with what was delivered. The arrangement looked very poorly put together, as if it had been rushed or done by someone inexperienced, and the flowers appeared to have simply been shoved into a box rather than thoughtfully arranged. For such a special occasion, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off using this florist again.

Ordered from afar for my adult daughter’s birthday. She’s recently moved to Albany with her new hubby and this was her first birthday in her new home, so I was looking for something very special. And Frangipani Floral delivered in spades. She told her sister is was the best arrangement she’d ever received. It was beautiful. Thank you.
