Always so happy with the flowers they put together for each occasion I've gone in for !
They delivered a box of flowers that can only be described as extremely poor quality. Tiny chrysanthemums that are distorted with clubbed petals like they have a disease, when the picture on the Internet shows and states they are meant to be large Gerberas. Mostly green filler, with some tiny roses that shrivelled in a day without opening. The whole arrangement was unbalanced with orange on one side of the arrangement, pink on the other. I rang this store from NZ to order some flowers to be delivered after a family bereavement. The lady I spoke to was so friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was a bother. She helped me work out conversion rates and put together a really beautiful bouquet tailored exactly to my NZ budget. She even asked if I’d like some hugs and kisses on bottom of message. What a wonderful business to deal with. Last Saturday I phoned (from Perth) just a couple of hours before closing time (on the long weekend) to see if there was ANY chance some flowers could be delivered to my friend in Albany Hospital. My friend had just undergone emergency hip replacement surgery that morning, after falling from her bicycle the previous day.
