FIrst and foremost, AAron Hall is a stand up guy, however he is very new to practicing law. I hired him in 2022 without researching reviews. I was extremely vulnerable and desperate, due to care taking my elderly parents in NW Arkansas. I felt due to his lack of knowledge with certain types of cases and dealing with unsavory characters, he was out of his elemens. My wishes to go to trial were ignored. Kelsey Payton has been incredible so far in handling my civil case. She’s very easy to talk to, explains things clearly, and always keeps me in the loop. I had a consultation that seemed misleading as I was declined to be represented because the firm primarily handles defense work. it’s not one star because they gave me a referral. that doesn’t seem like something that could be true? I’m unsure whether this firm meets the standards of professional conduct.
