The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. . When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. My biggest complaint is the trash can push peddles don't work in ANY of the rooms, so if you wash your hands you have to touch the lid to throw away you paper towel.... read more

Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? No, they made everyone sit together Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Fairly current

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? No, they made everyone sit together Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory

Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? No, they made everyone sit together Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
