Has been taking care of my Mom for years. Recently her AC started making awful noise, and we feared the worst. The problem turned out to be minor and they had her out in a matter of a couple hours. Makes me feel better knowing they are honest, she's in good hands.
We were passing through and were having transmission issues. Though they were not able to help us due to it being a Saturday and no availability of parts, the tech was very courteous, and offered what advice he could. They offered to get my truck in the shop to check it out, but were honest that they likely would not be able to fix it. We felt good about our experience there and this seemed like a place that I would confidently take my vehicle. In the end, heeding their advice, we managed to make it home.
Probably one of the worst mechanic shop I saw in my life in my last 4 years of driving cars. I took my BMW 528xi to them, they didn’t even bother to do a good checkup of the car, mentioned the same issues I mentioned to them in the report and gave me a charge of almost $300 without doing a single work on my car.
