Excellent customer service. A little overpriced IMO. The food was decent but the price vs quality/quanity isnt that great. We ordered an appetizer mushrooma, zucchini and mozzarella sticks not too bad but they had to throw them back in the fryer because one (or morw mushrooms) were still frozen. My pasta was pretty good but I think for sauce, cheese and mushrooms $18 is a bit much. Had a retirement party at Francos last night. Thy were very accommodating of a large party, the food and the service was excellent!

My entree was good, my husband's veal had entirely too much breading, and the salad is nothing to write home about, but the house dressing was great. Our service was terrible, and since this is the second time that this has occured we will not be back.
Beautiful and clean..Staff gracious and efficient. I ordered manicotti with sausage and mushrooms. Good but drowned in too much gravy.
