The owner was rude and unfeeling when dealing with family members, and showed no signs she understood how to be personable, respectful or professional. Claimed to possess more knowledge about art and antiques than she actually had, and frankly was quite nasty with people. Truly an awful experience
Always great stuff and great staff
I recently went to an estate sale by Franco and the method of receipting and picking up items was truly dysfunctional and unorganized. After waiting two hours to enter the sale, I had to wait over 20 minutes to simply pay, and spent another 15 minutes retrieving the items I paid for. Shoppers were not allowed to exit a room with the items they intended to purchase and were rudely intercepted if they accidentally walked into another room or hall with items. Extremely overpriced. There was a fake LV bag at the estate sale that was completely marked up. You can find these items on Ebay or other sites for cheaper so don't waste your time.
