Franciscus Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. From out salesman Logan, to the crew that did the work, everyone was friendly and professional. The job and clean up was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone - and I have.
Buyers Beware Franciscus now advertises as Franciscus-Squires. They own the Squires name, advertise over 100 years combined experience, and voided all of the Squires labor warranties. F-S is "Proud" to add the Squires owners to their team. I wouldn't trust anyone who embraced Squires who left us with a very substandard roof (leaking badly) and voided their "20 year warranty"...Contracts mean nothing to Squires. Franciscus said they would be happy to quote the re-roofing and corrective actions of Squire's shoddy workmanship!
