The best meat in town. They also do have and give a Veterans Discount. You guys rock. If you could only get the bigger bottles of Picante Primo hot sauce 😋
Excellent local butcher shop offering a range of choices, from their Mexican meats (e.g. carne asada) to every cut of prime beef (except for ribeye cap). Prices are fair, especially with the higher quality compared to major markets and wholesale clubs. They also offer dry-aged prime beef on site as well. I ordered some ribeyes for Father's day and they were beautiful, juicy and delicious!
What a gem - family owned and run butcher in business for over 3 decades! Super clean, great selection of meats plus they have other things like cheeses, chiles and more. The butchers are knowledgeable and friendly, and prices are very reasonable for the quality of their meats. Check out the 50% off refrigerator for great deals too - we picked up an entire beef tenderloin for less than $70 which puts each filet at under $5!
Meat is always fresh and fairly priced. I'm a few cities over and I'll always make the time to drive over here to purchase their HIGH QUALITY meat all the time. Taquero meat is packaged in 5lb bags which is perfect. You can net l never go wrong with asada They reasonably added wings (cooked and raw) and their cooked are nice and tasty. My kid loved it and the leftovers reheated good (busy parents understand)
Wow! I have driven by this place countless times, driving through the area. Today I finally gave it a try. I’m just sorry I waited so long! This place was immaculate. The two ladies at the front were very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I was overwhelmed at the selections of cheeses and spices and other goodies. The meat counter was spotless. Everything looked so so good. The butcher was very nice and fast. All I needed was some ground beef for flautas today. We will be back!
