About a year I had an appointment with Dr Torres n they denied to see me bc they told me that I owe them $60 of copay that I didn't know bc they never told me anything every time I went. It wasn't like I owe thousands of dollars. What kind of dr is he? Is he more interested in money than the health of a patient that I had seen him for more than 2 years.
Took my father to get seen at this place and they treated him with respect. I had questions and the doctor had the answers that brought peace of mind.
The staff in the scheduling department are RUDE! When you try to talk to them on the phone they either don’t answer or put you on hold for a long time. The call ends up hanging up, then you call back and they put you on hold again, over and over, and over.
