I am so upset with this group. Instead of helping my son they just seem to care about returning for another office visit to do nothing and collect more money . My son has legit concerns and they are not being addressed. Ms Salinas then has the audacity to suggest another provider. Ms. Salina’s if you were doing your job we wouldn’t need to go elsewhere. This healthcare in the Valley, a serious shortage of good providers and the mediocre ones that have you by the #%*!
I like the clean, quiet atmosphere of the facility. Everyone is courteous and prompt too.
They had been provided exceptional care for my son but the last appointment went terrible. UPDATE: Last Wednesday I took my son for an evaluation because he had a crisis at school. I was very disappointed with how my son’s appointment was handled. His father attended and described an incident that occurred while our son was in his care. He focused only on our son’s dysregulated behavior but left out what happened beforehand and how his own response contributed to the escalation.
