My father, a patient at Leon Medical Center, was referred to this MD, but after I read the enormous amount of negative reviews we cancelled that appointment. I am so grateful that they were honest enough to voice their concerns and complaints. It helped us to stay away from someone who potentially sees patients as numbers in an assembly line. Thank you.
He did not want to address questions or concerns his comments were offensive and demeanoring. When i asked a question about my labs his response was if you want to discuss medicine return to school and become a doctor. He questioned my high blood pressure and insinuated that it was anxiety. I wonder if i would have been a male with the same symptoms if he would of thought it was due to anxiety.
He's rude and patronizing. Do yourself a favor and pick anyone else.
My mom needed a cardiologist and we happened upon Dr Palacios. I don’t understand the negative comments. Maybe a hit job. Dr PALACIOS has been kind caring and a hoot to talk to. Knowledgeable and conservative in his approach.
What an unpleasant experience it has been with this doctor while my father is in ICU at Mercy. A real condensening, patronizing being. I don't understand how someone can choose a profession that demands such high levels of human emotion (specifically kindness) especially in critical times of need, yet be complete void of this trait. Why did he even become a doctor? That's like an elementary teacher choosing to teach, yet hates children. DO NOT Recommend him!!! No bedside manners!

Dr Palacios is a wonderful DR, but a real kool and real DR, that is whale I love him, he tells you straight out the way things are, he is awesome,very funny ! He is my husband's DR and he has done very dificil procedures on him, and has not given up on him. Thanks Dr Palacios from the bottom of our heart for being so brilliant and so nice.
