My appointment was 11:10. When I arrived, I was informed that he would be at least 45 minutes longer. I asked why they did not call earlier to tell me he would not be in. I am disabled and in great pain to drive 30 miles each way to the appointment. Walking in was excruciating. I could not wait as all the other appointments that morning were still waiting in front of me. I had other obligations that afternoon. Very rude and discourteous to patients.
