I visit the Brownsville location but Miss Adriana from Edinburgh location was the only one that was able to fix my issue with the insurance. Miss Adriana worked with me and the insurance for several days. I hardly encourage for the Brownsville location to have another person in charge of medication/ insurance in their office. Thank you Miss Adri.
I had a pretty good experience here until last month…they never gave my pharmacy the renewal for my prescription even though the doctor approved it. I kept calling and could only leave messages—which no one returned! Needless to say I had to go cold turkey off my prescription with no follow up or information. Thank God I’m okay, but beware …they don’t have it all together here. For this reason, I can’t recommend them.
Amazing staff. Very helpful and informative.
I’m new here and so far so good. The staff is very kind looks like they actually care too. The building is so beautiful and clean too. Thank you facility and staff you all are doing fantastic
