If you want a Gastroenterologist who takes his profession seriously then you’ve found him. Dr. G is not just committed to treating you with the absolute best answer to your specific issue but also and just as important, takes the time to thoroughly explain your situation and what exactly he will do to address it. I met Dr. Garcia Gonzalez through the Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Co. ER. He did a scope to diagnose and repair a bleeding ulcer. His bedside manner beforehand and his work to repair the ulcer seemed excellent. However, discharge instructions were virtually non-existent and his office has completely blocked me from any follow up. I told them I would like to become a new patient of Dr. Garcia's from this point forward.
