friendly, professional service
It was great. She took time to explain things and didn’t make me feel bad.
Dr. Francisco is very thorough & the staff are friendly and helpful
Dr. Francisco listened carefully, was very focused and thorough. Nurse Misty was friendly and efficient.
She is very professional and caring
Not thorough. Told me she didn’t know what else to do and it sounded like anxiety to her. Went to another doctor and he did some bloodwork and turns out it’s Celiac. Also told me I needed to gain weight when I specifically went to see her because I was trying to gain weight, and couldn’t.
When I complained the staff at the clinic treated me unfairly by preventing me from seeking medical care at this clinic the office manager retaliated by influencing Dr. Francisco to dismiss me as a patient. I was a patient of hers for about 15 years, and instead of advocating for me as her patient she went along with the discriminative practice.
