I called to come in for a chest X-ray as recommended by the last provider I saw if my chest didn’t get better. I was told “the symptom checker” said I could wait until the next appointment with my provider who was just back from maternity leave and was scheduled out for 1-2 months. Mind you I was supposed to come in last week and that seemed unreasonable. I offered to see anyone. I was then informed that that would also be a month for a new patient slot to open. HELLO???? The worst experience ever. Never going back there. I went there on 02 march for urine test. Waited 10-13 days for “results” i called multiple times and went to facility couple times. After all that they told me that they lost my sample so i have to do another test. And that test came back on 19 match. So almost 20 days for doing urine test. Horrible! Do not recommend.
