DONT EVER GO HERE!!! Worst Urgent Care ever! Dr Kelena Bechler saw my son and create an order for an ultrasound and sent us to Seattle Children Hospital. Went to Seattle Children Hospital and they said they dont see any referral for my son, so I called Franciscan Care and they said to Call Mary Bridge Children Hospital, they send the referral there. Went to Mary Bridge Hospital and they said theres no referral. Went back to Franciscan Care and they said it's Saint Anne Hospital thats what they wrote in my After Visit Summary... read more
Called for pricing because I currently don’t have insurance. Automatically placed a hold. Waited 20 minutes and no one ever answered. Do better.
Horrible old receptionist lady. The younger blonde lady was super helpful but the other lady seems bitter, bothered, and inexperienced. She lost her temper with me in an already tough situation. She needs to leave this job and work on herself.
I have never in my life written a bad review! After being in the hospital for full body numbness and weakness and chronic fatigue the ER doctors ran a lot of tests to rule out multiple conditions, mostly MS, and I was advised to go to urgent care if symptoms became problematic. The only things this urgent care is capable of doing correctly is collecting copayments and making you wait an hour plus just to be told they don't know what's wrong with you. In and out in an 65 minutes. My husband had blood in his urine. Dr. Yi did urinalysis. My husband had UTI. We were able to get antibiotics. We would still be waiting in ER. State of the art facility
