The first time I went in it was great! I really liked Jenna-PA. I was having trouble with my throat, problems swallowing. She referred me to an thyroid specialist on 10/19. As of today no one has contacted me. I went in for a follow up for test results and forgot to tell her that no one has contacted me, so I called the office right after we left. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. It was my first time visiting and I was not feeling well at all. I was seen quickly and provided all the necessary information and prescriptions in a timely and courteous manner.
Came in for chest and throat pain. Waited 4 hours to be seen, then 2 hours in the actual exam room. Was never seen by a doctor. One nurse took my vitals and another spoke to me for 15 minutes. She told me to rest and drink water. No diagnosis, no prescription, nothing. $190 to wait all day to be told to drink water.
