Nice place , great service
I cannot say enough good things about this surgical center. The staff is super friendly and very caring. Everything from check-in at the front desk to walking out the door was absolutely perfect and exceeded all of my expectations. The Sunny dispositions of the nursing staff were the best. Even a companion canine lab came to visit me in post op. He was the icing on the cake! The only thing to improve is the surgery status board in the waiting room. It was not updated often.
DO NOT GET SURGERY HERE! I had sinus surgery performed by Matthew Provenzano in 2021 and ended up with hospital acquired Achromobacter Denitrificans. It was initially misdiagnosed and therefore mistreated. It is now 2025 and I still have this infection. It ruined my life and cost me everything. Had they properly sterilized everything, I would still be living my happy life and probably be married by now.
