DO NOT GET SURGERY HERE! I had sinus surgery performed by Matthew Provenzano in 2021 and ended up with hospital acquired Achromobacter Denitrificans. It was initially misdiagnosed and therefore mistreated. It is now 2025 and I still have this infection. It ruined my life and cost me everything. I would like to make a suggestion, since there is a website, it would be helpful to have your hours of operation notated please. I’ve been to this facility many times & every time they’ve taken very good care of me. Debi who usually takes my information and gives me my ID bracelet is always prompt and courteous. Once you leave the waiting room, you have a private space to change & get “hooked”” up. All the nurses and anesthesiologist are very kind and professional.
