Imagine having an appointment for an MRI and like they blow your phone up over it constantly and then you even have it on your MyChart and then you even check in and then when you get there, the lady acts like you’re a crazy person and says oh your provider changed it to Reyes and that you need to go there even though you just checked in online before you even walked in the door these people are idiots they do not care you were in pain.
