Used to be a great place to be treated. However even after receiving a message to call them, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. If they are so overwhelmed that they will not answer the phone and only allowing 15 minutes per patient I am now having doubts as I know that you are unable to be X-rayed and treated in 15 minutes .
Went to see Evan Rossi, NP, she was nice enough at first. Have a fractured wrist which happened 1/5/23 saw her on 1/9/23, in a lot of pain. She put me in a brace. I told her that I would need a couple of days to manage my pain and gain some strength in my hand/wrist, she would not even let me finish. She told me that she is not here to give me days off work, that I would have to take that up with my employer. So, I was supposed to go back to work the next day with ibuprofen for pain. Very poor patient experience. Ran late to appointment. Literally 5 minutes late and they refused to see me. They can let you sit in waiting room for 15 minutes past your appointment and that's ok if it's them. This would have been a followup to for an appointment that was not helpful. Will be going to another specialist that treats patients better.
