Dr. Destiny Harrell-Washington is the best! She always answers my questions rather in person or via my chart. She is very understanding and compassionate! She address all of my concerns!
Do NOT make an appointment here. If you are having an emergency and running late for an appointment, OH WELL you’re screwed. Only like 2-3 minutes late even? OH WELL! Lorie does not care.. SHE makes up her mind as soon as you even say you’re going to be slightly late. Please take this as your warning people.
The two pediatricians I’ve seen were good. But the rest of the staff are awful. It is also extremely hard to get ahold of a nurse or doctor In case of a question or concern.
The Physician that saw my son was wonderful but the phone staff needs to be fired, because they are very unprofessional and uncaring and very lazy, they give you they tun around so they don't have to do their jobs.
