Worst place ever to take ur family and friends i say laporte hospital is way better now I am currently homeless security behind glass rude and disrespectful to me staying in lobby to stay warm
This review is for Dr. Preskill & all the nurses in Labor & Delivery especially nurse Penny. They went over and beyond for my wife & I during & after our baby boy entered the world. I couldn't be more grateful especially knowing the risk my baby had of passing away before & during labor. Also they will have a nun come pray with you If you're about to have a baby or two this is the hospital you want them born at!

How long does a person need to wait to get registered for blood work while the one lady registering people is having on a full on conversation about Walmart with the patients who then get up to leave and then come back to talk to her some more. Can she not look at the log and see people are waiting? How about you tell folks that are obviously your friends you have a job to do? Terrible experience when I took my son to the Emergency Room, Mostly the nightshift staff. A patient can hear your giggles on the otherside of the curtains and you send strong unspoken messages that you will ignore the patient til they just up and leave. Do better and the ER needs an overhaul or they will be the demise to your hospital.
