RecommendedThere are a lot of negative reviews from unhappy people on here so I wanted to come write a positive review as I had a great experience here today. From the tents out front (triaging incoming patients for COVID symptoms) to the Medical assistant that helped me with paperwork for workmen’s comp to the ARNP and the radiology technician - it was a smooth sailing ship. RecommendedDr. Berni is so knowledgeable in his field. He makes you feel so at ease during some tough emotions for upcoming surgery. His staff us awesome as well.
I wanted everybody to be aware that one of the techs, Lia Felizardo, traveled outside of WA state to NV for a week. She visited several places and visited with people in their homes with others not living in her household. I'm sure she didn't quarantine herself. She works in radiology. My daughter is a friend of hers and was concerned as an I. sub parr, 1.5 hour past original appointment. is this the kind of service we get for the price these hospital's charge? If you bought your car to a shop for a 10:00 appointment and I was2 min late. you'd be screaming your head off. very dissatisfied.
RecommendedYou guys saved my fiance and saved his life. we have been in a total of 6 hospitals/facilities now, and hes still healing in an acute rehab center and moving mountains. we couldn't have done this without you. you saved him from the last place he was at and being neglected and got him back on track.
