Well so far they get a 2. I have t even been able to get through. I'm on hold waiting to just make a appointment for my 3rd day. I'm on hold right now and it's been 17 minutes. I have 2 fractured elbows and been trying to make a appointment since last week. If I get through and things change I will change my rating. But it's not a very good start.

Extremely unprofessional. Called me 2 days prior to appointment demanding a referral. When I explained my insurance doesn't require one they said that Fransican requires one in order to take my insurance. In other words, they don't want patients with Ambetter or Coordinated Care and this is their way to get around it. Why in the world would I go to another dr. and pay for xrays and treatment first, only to come here and pay again. As if dealing with insurance isn't bad enough. DR. Frazier was 45 minutes late; shamed me for asking for medication to manage my pain following a ski accident. Front desk staff loud and shared my protected health information loudly so that everyone in the waiting room could hear. Elevator doors closed quickly and hit me as I was trying to get in the elevator.
