I spent over one hour on hold attempting to schedule an appointment with Saint Joseph’s Neurosurgery in Tacoma using a referral. No one answered the phone during that time. While waiting, I reviewed the online feedback and found that my experience is consistent with numerous reviews citing the same problem—poor phone access and lack of responsiveness. After wasting an hour, it is clear this is an ongoing and unresolved issue within this practice, not a one-time occurrence.
