BED BUGS!!!!!!!!! Woken up in the middle of the night mid sleep to bites on hand and leg. Rushed out to the front desk around 2am and employee on duty refused to give us our money back "It's been more than 6 hours!" I requested the paperwork to back him up and received nothing. Went back to the room and took pictures and videos after finding THE BED BUGS and he still refused to believe me!! Todo muy bien yo lo visito mucho pues esta muy bien ubicado y el personal es amable
They should offer free coffee & blow dryers in the rooms would be nice. It would also be nice to know in the beginning, if you don't clean your room, you're charged extra.
